Q1. The blender doesn't start
Ans: If the blue and red light are flashing alternately. Please make sure the bottle is mounted on the body correctly and make sure the blender is fully charged. It may take ~ 3-4 hours to charge, it demands on the power of the USB charge adapter. It is suggested to charge the device with 2A USB power charger. 1A charge would take much more time to charge. If the red light is flashing, make sure the blender is not overloaded with too many fruits. Please reduce the number of fruits or cut them into smaller pieces.
Q2: The blender started with red and blue light flashing
Ans: The power is too slow. Please charge it.
Q3: The blender turns off itself
Ans: The blender will turn into sleeping mode after idling for 15 seconds to save power.
