I just ordered the smallest thing from this company. It was the first time I visited them only because I couldnāt find it anywhere else. (3 pilot foam erasers in case youāre curious)ā¦ AnyWhoooā¦ There was a technology snafuā¦ And the order was canceled by accident. So I went ahead and re-ordered. Within just a few minutes, I received a personal email from a customer service representative named Isabel, reassuring me that all is well on her end and apologizing for the technology snafuā¦. Letting me know that the second order went through. It was the kind of personal support that seems rare these days. Iām really grateful. And I know Iāll be shopping here again.
The other thing that lit me up was that shipping didnāt cost $35 as it did in other placesā¦ Which is ridiculous for the tiny amount of weight in this package. The whole thing was around $10.
