Shipping to the USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe:
We provide various tracked shipping methods. Usually, your order will be delivered around 7-14 days (Standard shipping) after it leaves our warehouse. For the average shipping days, please check here . Orders will usually leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of being placed.

For all countries not listed in the list of 60+ shipping countries, please contact us , and we will provide a more accurate quote based on the items you plan to order.

We don't ship your item separately, we ship items in a single parcel, so that you can save shipping fees. You don't need to pay a high shipping fee on a small number of items in multiple shops. That being said， heavy items like paper & folders add more weight than other items, it will increase the cost of shipping.

You can simply add the items to the cart and get a quote on the cart page or on the second step of the checkout. Our shipping rates start from 3 USD depending on the total weight of the items.

Any tracked item not received within 60 days after your purchase (except surface sea shipping with estimated shipping days of more than 60 days) qualifies for your full refund or re-ship guarantee🙂. For refund or res-ship conditions and details please vist Return & Exchange.

Tracked Shipping:
Once your items are shipped, you can keep track of them through a link to our online tracking system, which we send you by email or text on the Trace My Order page. You can also subscribe to tracking update notifications by email, or by Mobile app.

Most in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 days of being placed. Please note that the processing time may also be affected by the stock status or national holidays etc. If you are in a rush for a particular item, we can expedite the process and offer faster shipping services, please contact us for more information.

USA:
No duties or taxes will be applied.

Europe:
The implementation of new EU customs regulations will result in a tax being levied on goods from 1 July 2021. The tax will be calculated at the second step of checkout.

Australia:
No duties or taxes will be applied if the total parcel value is below the threshold of 1000 AUD.

United Kingdom:
The standard VAT rate in the UK is 20%. All overseas goods imported into the UK are subject to VAT regardless of value. For customs duty (separate from VAT), goods valued under £135 usually do not incur customs duty, but VAT is still charged on these goods. Other countries:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before buying. Any potential charges (customs, taxes, etc.) caused by the act of refusal of the package will be deducted from the refund amount.
