Yes, we can ship internationally to 60+ countries. For full details please visit our List of countries we ship for full information.

The default product price and checkout currency is in US dollar. You can change it to our supported currency by the "Currency selector" at the bottom of the page. If the currency of your payment card is in other currency, you can still pay with your local currency because your selected payment provider will do the currency exchange for you on their side.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Android Pay and PayPal. Your transaction is secured by SSL encryption and we are certified Level 1 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliant store🔐. We also accept bitcoins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and USDC.

USA:
No duties or taxes will be applied if the total parcel value is below the threshold of 800 USD.

Europe:
The custom duty exemption threshold is €150. If the total product price is over €150, you don't need to pay the import custom duty. All orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU) will have value-added tax (VAT) paid at checkout, this means that the price you see for the item(s) in your cart is the final price you'll pay, and there will be no additional fees or charges upon delivery. We strive to make the checkout process as seamless as possible, so you can enjoy your purchase without any surprises or delays.

Australia:
No duties or taxes will be applied if the total parcel value is below the threshold of 1000 AUD.

Other countries:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Any potential charges (customs, taxes, etc.) caused by the act of refusal of the package will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the gift is not shown on the checkout as "Free", please go back to the cart page and wait for a few seconds before you click on the "Checkout" button. Don't worry, you don't need to re-type your order information as you get back to checkout😉. 

After you order

We will send you a link to track your order after the item is dispatched. You can track your order at:

  1. Our Track Order Status page or
  2. Mobile app Shop: delivery & order tracker (United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia only).
All of the above subscription links or buttons are on the order detail page, the link will be sent to your email right after the order is placed.

    Orders will leave A Lot Mall within 1-3 days, the overall shipping time is usually within 7-14 business days (Check average shipping time). Please visit our shipping detail page for full information. 

    If you use email to order, please double-check your spam folder and review your email filters. Sometimes email providers flag emails from our email service provider as spam. Check your spam or junk folder to find out if our emails ended up there. If you're using Gmail, also check your promotions and social tabs for our emails. If mobile phone number is used to order, you will receive a confirmation SMS.

    If you choose "Standard Shipping", the package will be sent by registered mail. You will requires to sign uppon delivery. If there is no one available to accept it, the courier may leave a notice or contact you by phone or send you an email to rearrange another delivery or tell you to get it at the closest collection point.
