Here at A Lot Mall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we believe the products we supply are an investment for a better life. If you decide that the product you purchased is no longer required, not the right item or you simply wish to return it you can do so within 60 days😉.
Having second thoughts? No worries! Return or exchange application is accepted within 60 days from the day you receive it. You can return your item for any reason! Simply log in with your email and order number to submit an application at Returns Center.
Any tracked shipping item received more than 60 days after your purchase qualifies for the full refund or re-ship guarantee. Exceptions are as follows:
1. Surface shipping package item received within a period of the displayed estimated shipping days plus 30 days.
2. Package that is sent to a mail forwarding hub address.
3. All of our packages are sent by registered post. If nobody was in when we attempted to deliver to your address, the courier would leave a notice to inform you how to arrange a second delivery or pick instructions. They may also try to contact you by phone and/or email. If the package is not collected within the retention period of the local courier, the package will be returned to us. In this case, the original shipping cost is not refundable, and the resend shipping cost (if applicable) is the customer's responsibility.
4. We will try our best to verify the recipient's address. If the courier finds the address invalid or the recipient is not at the provided address, the courier may contact you for a pickup. If the courier is not able to contact you for the pickup and the package is sent back to us, the original shipping cost is not refundable, and the resend shipping cost (if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer.
5. If you didn't receive the package because a wrong address was provided in the order and the package was lost, the cost is the customer's responsibility.
Returned item(s) should be new and ready for resale. They must be unused and in the original packaging, including tags, booklets, and labels. The item(s) must not be altered or damaged. Returned items not in original condition for reasons other than our error are subject to a restocking fee deducted from your refund. Please submit an application at our Returns Center. If your item is damaged when you receive it, we will exchange it for you.
We only exchange them to replace the item(s) if they are defective or damaged or if the wrong item is sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please submit an application at Returns Center.
Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 working days. Please submit an application at our Returns Center.
For the exchange, we will pay the exchange shipping cost for sending it back and sending it out to your address.
For the return, the item(s) price you paid is refundable. The original and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
