Return & Exchange

Here at A Lot Mall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we believe the products we supply are an investment for a better life. If you decide that the product you purchased is no longer required, not the right item or you simply wish to return it you can do so.😉

Return or exchange application is accepted within 30 days from the day you receive it. You can return your item for any reason! Simply login with your email and order number to submit an application at Returns Center.

All costs paid on your purchase are refundable. Returned item(s) should be new and ready for resale. It must be unused and in the original packaging, including tags, booklets, and labels. item(s) must not be washed, worn, altered or damaged. Returned items not in original condition for reasons that are not our error, are subject to a restocking fee being deducted from your refund. Please submit an application at Returns Center.

We only replace item(s) if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please submit an application at Returns Center.

Once your return item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.

For the exchange, we will pay the exchange shipping cost on sending back and sending out the item to your address. 

For the return, all costs paid on your purchase are refundable. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are shipping an item over $90 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
